Syracuse is about 1hr away, but there's a shop there called Cantech Automotive (http://www.cantechautomotive.com/) They would be great to have do it for you, if you can get in. Just a bit of warning, but they tend to have about a 1-2 week waiting list to get into the shop.
Where near Utica is it? I'm about 30-40min away from there.

Scott, Thanks for the reply. I don't yet have the specifics on where in Utica, however you're the second person to recommend Cantech in Syracuse. I'm struggling between two possible cars and so not sure if I'll need the referral, but I appreciate it. I wouldn't be in a big hurry so I could wait on them if necessary. Hey, this is a major long shot, but I grew up with a Scott Newton. Are you from Ohio by chance?
