A few weeks ago, I bought a used 944 taillight on eBay from a seller who wouldn't ship overseas. If he did, it was with a courier ($$$ + duties).

Matt H received the package at his home address and took it down to the Post Office to forward it on to me. I PayPal'ed him the postage and received the package within a few days by regular mail - no duties, no courier ripoffs.
