I had my ac converted to the new system, and had all of the parts replaced, but for some reason my mechanic didnt get it to work, because he said it owuld cost more time and money that i didnt have. If I have all of my parts working, then what could the problem be? Should i bring it to a car electronics specialist, or is this something i could try to take on by myself?

many possibilities. What are all the parts you replaced? Did he check to see if its leaking? Is the clutch engaging on the compressor?
