Default Tire issue resolved.

For those that read my previous thread regarding my tire purchase....:

After speaking with the area manager, he set me up with an appointment to have the balalnce verified at a different location. The balance was WAY off from the other job which was causing a significant vibration between 60 and 75mph. The tech doing the job said he balanced them to the tightest tolerance they could (1 gram, I think) and it's really smooth now. I can really feel all the road feedback now and the car is great through 80mph (so far).

Since I posted about the bad customer service, I wanted to follow up with the resolution as well. I also want to publicly thank Matt H for his assistance and recommendation for the Fuzions! Props, yo! Out

i had a shimmy in the Aurora that after four trips to the dealer and four different "fixes" didnt fix the shimmy.

There was a TSB that said use a hunter 9700 radial force balancer and if that doesnt work change lower control arms.

The hunter 9700 got rid of most of the vibration. it only took three years and 26k miles to figure it out. And you wonder why GM stock is in the terlet.
