"yep Danno, i sure did. the OPRV is oficially not the cause. It gauge does resemble what would be a binding oprv spring. You think maybe the oil cooler housing is a tad out of alignment?"

How did you determine the OPRV is not the cause? DId you install a new OPRV that's the proper size & length in? No way the oil-cooler housing is out of alignment, the later ones were a binary condition. Either it's aligned and the valve goes in, or it's not aligned and the valve doesn't go in at all. Get an alignment tool and check the alignment before you change anything: Baum Tools.

"I may have my A'pex-i S-AFC Select to install...is anyone good with wiring/electronics? Danno, have you installed these? "

Sean, send me an email..

I don't think I'll be able to come to a get-together for a little while.

It's looking like I'm going to be out of town for the next 4 weekend..... (New York last weekend, Chapel Hill right now, Santa Barbara next, Boston the following two). And then the following weekend, I'm migrating back up north for the summer.

Jeff, remind me to get that rear-view mirror to you.

OK, get that rear-view mirror to me.

It's not urgent and thanks for the offer. You sure you don't need anyone to keep driving your cars around while you're gone so they don't sieze up or anything?

Have a good trip - or trips.

Okay, let's get something straightened out, lol: We are not working on Kijo this weekend!

We have several cars that need heads, and what we need to do is have the heads already machined, then ready to go! That isn't happening this weekend.

Kijo really needs a leakdown test, and I do not have the equipment for that; all I can think of to do is a compression test again, and compare results.

Eyal, I know exactly what's wrong with your turbo - you need to give it to ME, even trade for Kijo! Kijo has never failed to run, even when grouchy.

I think your 951 needs a ladies touch - and a good kick in the bumper, lol. I can keep it in line!
