I used to work at stephan johannson/ prodrive karting back in high school and they were super busy the whole month of May so I would doubt you would get any kind of discount if you could even schedule for that time. I'm still interested in coming. I'll keep posted.

I'd be in for karting, depending on the date.

Man guys i would love to go to the cookout this weekend, but i took last weekend off and so its my weekend to work. Hopefully it is rainy in Illinois so i dont have to work and then can come over. I am pretty familar with the area and love some of the back roads you guys have. Your so lucky.

P.S. Sorry to kinda invite myself i thought i read in a thread that everyone was welcome and someone expects everyone within 150 miles to come.

You might also check to see if Track Attack is stil doing the Spec Racer Fords - they are an absolute blast to drive.

We're not going to the track this time. This weekend is the GTG at my house. I'm still working on the Karting GTG for which we have not yet set a date.

I will post more info about the Karts when I get it.

You are most welcome to come over tomorrow if you want to.

Another track you might want to look into is Whiteland Raceway It may be a little easier to get into since it is slightly less well known. It is supposedly more fun that Fastimes...

I've been there twice with the FSAE team. It's lots of fun. We rented the whole place out for a few hours though.

Not a big fan of whiteland, the workers were very lazy. Its a great place if you have your own cart but the rentals are disappointing. They don't have timing and they told us to not pass in the corners. :-(
