Default Good 944 weekend

The weekend started on friday with me and my friend driving out to malibu to a friends house.. The drive was great, and i loved the canyons. Ofcourse it being Malibu cool cars were not rare. Ferraris left and right.. Saw a group of NSXs out sunday morning for a drive.. Some sort of club i sppose. Now ffor the 944 part

comming back on saturday afternoon around 2:15. I spotted a white 944 S2 Cabriolet on the 101 South. The best part was the guy waved to me! Was it anyone here? a few minutes go by and a red turbo goes by.. but i couldnt get close enough cuz of the traffic.

So then i get to Pasadena and one of my friends has a surprise for me. A Porsche Hat and Porsche Towel. Thought that was cool of him..

Nothing like driving through the canyons with the roof off to end your spring break..

Sorry if this was somewhat OT..

Not OT.. I love driving my car. Even if it has problems. Like the other threads, driving these cars makes life so much better.

Agreed. Somedays(most lately) I really want to unload my car and start another project (even before mine is truly "finished"). Then I hop in and go for a sprited run on the twisty country backroads, and when I get back I say that the keys and title will have to be pryed out of my cold, dead hands.

Nice of your friend to get you a Porsche towel and cap. I hope you got his back with something in return.

Sounded like a cool run, wish I was there. My car has been on stands for two weeks now. Should be done by Wednesday, and then drive it to Hershey
