I've got a Gig CF card coming for my camera - when it gets here I'll try to get recordings for you too if someone wants to host them.

On NON-turbo cars, stick with the 2.5" catback. The 3 will be obnoxious sounding and offer no benefit. Might lose to much backpressure as well. The 2.5" is fine. If you want more, just go with the 2.5" straightpipe. (hahaha my next step one of these days since the SFR is muffler/straight interchangeable in minutes!)

The greatest thing is revving an S2 and SFR is a multi-level parking garage. EVERY alarm will go off especially if you drive in 1st or 2nd gear. It will sound like banshees have taken residence in the garage. Its just wild.

That ring is defenetley cracked or broken on my exhaust right now. I took a look at the flange on the stock catback again...a couple of pieces of it are still stuck to the ring. I took a ride to Pepboys in hope of finding something generic, though they didnt have anything that would work. The leaking exhaust really sours the sound as it makes an odd ticking / tapping noise. Once thats fixed...it should be that much more enjoyable.

An open turbo downpipe beats that

Even better was driving around in the downtown core at night, the turbo whistling would echo off all the buildings and get amplified in the close quaters
