Default Best stuff for cleaning belly pans?

What's the best stuff for getting greasy, grimey gunk off of belly pans? Must be 5 pounds of crap on them.

I have always used Zep orange cleaner, and a pressure washer or a hose. It works wonders.

Somebody on here had a wonderful experience with Purple Power cleaner, and I plan to give it a shot as well.

I would use a wire brush (cheap at harbor freight) and some Greased Lighting degreaser, that stuff works great.

Nothing like a steam cleaner, with 250 degree steam at 2000 psi. Cuts grease like a hot knife through butter.

I just did mine with CRC Engine Degreaser. I used that and a putty knife. Brakecleaner also works.
