I made a reslution to file Income Tax by 15 April this year. For the last 17 years it has been August or October 15.
So don't expect any new inquiery to be answered anytime soon on the kits. I have a mission.

Hope they don't suck you dry. I'm a student, working 35 hours a week, and I ended up actually having to pay the state some money. Got about $20 bucks back from the feds. Normally i'm used to getting $700-900 back, so when they said I owed I almost fell out of my chair.

Erich,
I'm actually a CPA by training and trade. Have been in court as an expert witness over various issues. Then I got sent all over the world and my tax returns were always shoved off. Unfortunately, some relationshiips, also. In any event the IRS will not mess with me lightly.
I'm not off in Burma for some goofy deal for the next couple months, so may as well get it, tax filing, done now.

Wow
You guys actually fill out forms!
Most people here, now, use e-tax. Do it online with wizards and dont get audited or anything.

Our tax year is jul/jun so might be different. Also, the wage slaves amongst us, pay federal income tax each pay (pay as you earn {PAYE}).
I dont have a lot of deductions (zero in fact {wonder if I could claim the 944 as entertainment}) so I tend to pay extra each pay and reap a lump sum benifit at tax time.
Last year was $3000.
Oh yeah. We rank close to the top of the most heavily taxed nations in the world.
