May 14 is not too far ahead. I broke my jboot last week while starting to replace all the vacum hoses under the mainfold. Need to find one since I am too cheap to pay for a new one but probably will since it probably the best thing to do. Just did koni front struts with bigger springs and bigger tbars in the back. I need to pop on the new Koni rears, pop the cat back on, get it registered, emmisions tested , aligned, flush the brakes for memorial day weekend DE. I am 45 minutes west of Bean town.

I got in idea. I live in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts the home of Heberts Candies. The Hebert Candies Mansion holds a car show every Thursday night during the summer. Actually since its a Thursday night it might be tough since its during the week. Anyway, it all kinds of rods and other stuff. There are usually some boosted Grand Nationals there plus rods. cobras and other stuff. It would be neat if a line of of 944's showed up. It starts around 5:30.

The one off of 495 is just one of thier locations. The Mansion is on route 20 in SHrewsbury. It wouldn't be crashing. I showed up with my car 2 years ago. There is a Miata there all the time. All are welcome.

We tried to crash a ricer car show in Willimantic CT during the CT GTG last year, but it failed miserably; I guess the rain kept the hondas in the driveway(s).
We, however, were out having a nice time.
Ahhhh, wish I could make it.
Being a new post-doc at Cornell with a 9month pregnant wife is all consuming currently.
Julie, Devon, and everyone else: enjoy on my behalf!
Later in the summer I'm still up for a retreat in the Berkshires (MA), at our place.
The new house is in such a nice spot for a retreat, quiet, set way back, lots of space, curvy mountain roads...
Soon...
(sorry for the hijack - haven't driven the car in months and the depression is setting in)

I'm in for a mid-week crash at Heberts!
The Red Devils host a car show in Franklin on Wed. at a large restaurant parking lot. My six year old wants to know why we park in the general part of the lot.
