Default Rennbay Upholstery Kit

I'm looking for some feedback on the reupholstery kit from anyone that has actually used it. How does it look and how long did it take? I'm thinking about ordering the linen set to redo my front leather seats which have some tears in them.

the Rennbay set kits are great....I did my old style sport seats with the german vinyl from Travis and it took about 4-5 hours.....very easy....make sure you get the hog ring pliers kit with them unless you already have one....it's much easier to use the spring loaded hog ring pliers than using regular pliers....alot easier.....the quality is very good and the seats look factory new...

Just a note: From all the orders we have been getting lately we are having a hard time keeping up. If ordering a seat set expect at least a 30 day leed time before we can ship them. Quality takes time and we like the way they are coming out. We could rush things a bit but I don't want to trade time for quality.

I have 40k miles of butt-on-the-seat time in my seats that Pete (previous owner) recovered with Travis' kit, and they still look nearly new - they have good resistance to abrasion (some vynils quickly get "polished" by contact with your clothes). At 20F degrees below zero, I had zero concerns about cold cracking, as they were plenty flexible.

I have an order for a set of sport seats right now - don't rush mine! I don't mind waiting for quality!

Best regards,

Tony

Just to clarify, is the kit sold per seat or per pair?

Agreed. but the price seemed reasonable for quality kits if they were per seat. Per pair is even better!
