In the six or so years that I've been here and pelican I've only heard a handful of complaints....and they were all recently when people thought he'd vanished. If he were on ebay.....he'd still have a 99% feedback rating after what's got to be hundreds of customers.

i've been trading emails to the new FR Wilk email asking for pricing on the Power Prom II chip. I have received a response and price. Is anyone pursuing a group buy or are we flying solo?

As interested as I am in this, whomever is organizing this better check with John D first before you get your hopes up about a group buy through Rennlist. If memory serves me FR is actually banned on Rennlist. That is unfortunate as he seems to be quite the wealth of knowledge.

If FR was banned, what were the circumstances?? Although I've seen some "off-beat" humor in his posts on Pelican, I've never seen him post anything that would be considered offensive....except maybe to PETA.

Yeah, I was also wondering why such an amazing and intelligent man would be banned from our "list" community. What do the early chips go for, I can scrubby the money I may be in.

No idea. All I know is I found an old post by him when I was doing a search once and saw "banned" under his name. My only guess is maybe something to do with selling his wares and site sponsorship maybe??? Just a wild as guess though.

dont think group buy is going to happen. In my recent emails with Wilk, via the new email link, it seems he will only deal one on one, for chips specific to car or customer. According to him there is no such thing as a "group" chip.
