those are AWESOME, how did you get them with crests?
I have been debating selling my sport seats some day to get a set of race seats... maybe i'll do it if the price is right and they look that good!

Stig: Did the crests come with the seat or did you get them from a different source?
Sorry if this is OT, but i am re-doing the front seats on my car and noticed that the new models come with the Porsche engraved crest on them (not coloured), wondered where to get them.

the crests actually are patches that are held on by gravity at the moment. I"m going to use a small amount of hot glue tomorrow to stick them on. The hot glue will allow me to replace the patches later on when they wear out.

Stig, did you think about using 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive as opposed to a glue gun--the heat may damage the seats. (I can't tell if the seats are vinyl, leather or cloth in the photo) I use the 3M stuff for my vinyl convertible top. Works great in any temp. and holds on like a eunich to a pre-nup agreement.
pt no 08001. Removes with Mineral Spirits. It's a high tech contact cement. Found at any NAPA or good auto supply store. Check out www.3m.com for details.

Big improvement over the stock seats. You should consider cruising around with your cat. Only if you cat is tame though, my cat clawed the seats and got hysterical (luckily in a toyota cressida). It was a memorable ride, to say the least.
OT: Nice collection of die cast porsche's, where did you buy them? Also you wouldn't happen to have a model 944 would you?

The seats are cloth hence 3M weatherstrip adhesive won't work. can't think of anything else. The Corbeau emblem underneath feels like an embroidered patch so I don't know how a craft glue gun with low heat would ruin it. Anyone know of any types of upholstry of fabric glues that will bond the patch? The cat's actually a nut job, she's a second generation bengal with more leopard in her still than tabby, surprising i actually caught her sitting in it.
