Oh, how I wish it were that easy!!! Actually it was last time I saw it done on my dad's 951 at the track a few years back. But, I'm having to compress the pistons ALL the way to get the pads in. I'm gonna try cracking the bleed valve open and compressing the pistons from there so I can "squeeze" my Pagids in there.

Yeah, well Riff, I'm a skiier and we've had virtually NO snow here this season. In fact, the ski area where I bought my season pass was open for about two weeks and then shut down permanently for the year. So, I'm doing a track day to appease my boredom. It's 56 degrees and sunny here right now. Weirdest winter for Seattle I've ever experienced.
