George was the biggest a** h*** this board ever had, bar none. he showed now respect towards anyone so neither he nor his car earn any respect from me

No holier than though here. I'm not against doing this sort of thing in principal. However, if your mods detract heavily from the sports car nature of a Porsche, I think that's unfortunate. I'll bet that thing handles like Sh $%# t. So it goes fast in a straight line? People here generally do require more than that to get thier kicks...

Aren't 951 trannys good for 350-400hp? My question is what does the true HP junkie do when he builds a 650hp LS1? (project of mine a few years down the road, once the original 2.5 motor is toast)

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder who ever wants that car will want it for his/her own reasons. People all have different opinions on what is good and what is bad, thats what makes any mods great (minus some ricer stuff) the person did it because they like it and thats all to be said.

SWEET. Now how long would it take to remove that emblem? Probably a lot shorter than your first timing belt tension....

I'm surprised Predator hasn't posted on this topic. His LT4 944 was truly done with a high degree of craftsmanship. I would have no problem doing that to my 944 - flame away. But honestly? it strikes me a bit like blasphemy in a 911.
As to the holier-tha- tho- statements and the M- ca- i- bette-than-yours statements? Well let someone clue you, there are no bad cars nowadays. Only cars that are bad for your intended purpose.
Now, I'm not a fan but I suppose even a Kia or something is a well built car for the price point it if offered at and with the warranty they are offering those with? They are just about perfect for someone starting out or in a tough financial situation.
My car may not be right for you, but it is just fine for me, so get over yourself and enjoy what you've got....or buy something that suits you better and leave the other guy to his own.

that's no 911, it's a 912; and that means it's a Cheby 911 to the red neck hicks of Tejas, no disrespect to the coolheads in this forum/site...
Nice car, too bad it's been whored out..... Next.
