It just seems to do it after just starting to move, but my ABS unit sort of graunches. Sounds almost as if the pump is not pumping anything....... It only does it for a few seconds, and stopping (braking obviously) clears it. When it does clear, the pedal actually depresses a little bit more too.

I've just bled the brake system, so it's full of fluid.

I'm wondering if this is a sign of the unit failure, or if it's something like the valve relay packing up. Anyone had this happen before?
