Question Do 944 seats swap into a 911 of same year?

Just real quick so i can double check.... our power seats fit into a 911 of similar year (late 80s) right???

yes - they should be a bolt-up. If I'm corrct, you just use those seats on your sliders.

I'm pretty sure the seats in my car are 911 seats.

Ok cool, thats what i thought. And the power would work as well? Is that just a plug and play type thing?

Tony,
All the seats on the 911s (well at least from the 80s up through the 993) should be direct bolt ups to the 944. The 996 and 986 both use different sliders. The power should also be a direct plug and play as long as it was wired for power seats (again this changed with the 996). I believe all 944s were wired for power seats you just have to find the connector below the carpet but I have never had a non-power seat car.
