Tom - Comparing a brand new GTO to a 16 year old bare-bones sports car isn't exactly Apples to Apples! Bet the 944 feels like a soap box racer compared to the comfy '05?

It might be the crappy weather too. I think it is the recaros in the GTO that got me. they are sweet! especially in the lower back.

They look mighty comfy from the photos I've seen. Still, with the low miles on your S2, the stock Recaros are pretty new feeling compared to mine! Nothing to complain about (lower back pain be dammned)!

Good to have more 968's show up at Rutts Hut - brightens up the parking lot!

The 26th works for me. Amazingly, there are no NNJR PCA events occurring on that day. Amazing since most Metro/NJ get together plans fall on a significant NNJR PCA like an autox or DE or track workshop!

BTW: There was an advanced driver's workshop yesterday at Ray Catena's service center in Edison NJ yesterday. It was a fantastic event - learned lots - the place was packed! I got a quick tour of the service facilities, and they are fantastic!
(End shameless plug)

Back to the topic at hand: how about we visit the Hot Grill instead? It's just up the road in Clifton (off Rt. 46) and their hot dogs are better, IMHO. (Hey, maybe we can have a 'taste-off' to see which Hot Dog joint in North NJ makes the best Texas Weiners around?!? There's Rutt's Hutt, Hot Grill, Falls Texas Weiners....etc.) Mmmmm Hot dogs.....Mmmmmm

I'm up for a new venue...as long as the parking lot is big enough to accommodate our cars, so we can gawk!

Hot Grill's lot is a bit smaller than Rutt's Hutt, and they are a busy place, but the lot should work for us...

The beauty of Rutt's is the large, empty lot. Smaller and busier doesn't sound like a prime Porsche parking area Z...unless we get there early enough to beat the rush?

I planned it just for you

Actually, thats a good coincidience. I usually just pick a day and if it coincides with PCA events you'll tell me.

I would be up for a change so long as the parking lot is big enough, lets leave it up in the air until we get a head count.

Yeah, but Rutt's hot dogs really make my stomach to back flips!

As soon as I have $$ in hand for the mullet I will approach the subject with my beautiful wife.

Anyone want to buy my firebird convertible? Life is too short to race and restore,

I need more time with the baby. She is two on wednesday. Remember the blizzard two years ago wednesday? I do!!!

I always say I can do a parking lot with some warm coffee and a muffin! The junk food doesn't do me any good!
