Gotta agree with Manning and Jo here. A PROPERLY lightened 944 would be the bee's knees, man. I'd love an RS'd 944 with 968 power. Mark, do you have any pics of your car? Always thought that'd be the hot ticket. I checked the 944Cup site; looks like y'all got a good thing going out there.

Steve, Scott. I almost spewed soda on my screen. Always wondered why those funny Englishmen called a trunk a bonnet and fenders wings. Good stuff, boys.

is there a reputable Carbon Fiber Hood company out there that makes well fitting pieces for porsche?

and same for Lexan, we have a relativly unique glass shape curvature in the rear, if one wanted it to look nice it would take a bit of effort

can anyone recomend manufacturers/shops? or would either be custom work?

Don't know how much you guys would be willing to spend on shipping but The Racers Group, in California has a lot of carbon fiber pieces. Its not really posted on the website but they make stuff for the 944/951, I'm sure if you give them a call they will give out price quotes. As for fit, this is Kevin Bucklers team that races at Le Mans, & ALMS, I'm sure they know what they're doing
