ERGH! I'm screwed. How can I fix this seal problem?!

Hm. Damn. Gotta look for a washer now. And yes, I believe the pully is on bassackwards. Don't you love going in head first into something you know nothing about by yourself? At least I've got Rennlist. Thanks guys. You all deserve a cake or something.

the guide shoulder or whatever you'd like to call it goes foreward, the washer goes between the pulley and the o-ring for the drive sleeve. your problem has to be in one of the two. Also, the PS pulley goes over the end of the crank a little, make sure it seats back all the way or it won't drive the oil pump. Good luck

Yep, I actually had the washer in the wrong spot, and the pulley was with the lip to the back. So, now that that's switched around right, the belt is on and tensioned, balance pulleys are on, rollers and belt go on tomorrow, followed by coolant sys. fill w/ water for a 15 min or so flush and Did-I-Ruin-The-Valves Test. If I didn't, then I move on to removing all front body work to assess/repair accident damage, fit new panels/bumper/etc., remove, paint, reinstall, and weep for joy. Of course that won't happen all tomorrow...or all in this week...or month...but hopefully it will eventually.
