Do we have any CNC folks on-board that might be interested in making some of these? I wonder if there is any interest. I know I'd buy 4 of them if they weren't priced too high. Just look at Laust's vacuum manifold invention - that thing sold like hotcakes!

Ok here is how I made mine. No CNC needed, you can build your own in about a half hour.
You take a piece of sheet aluminum. Cut out a shape like in the picture. Drill holes to match the mounting holes for the two screws (use your broken one as a pattern). Then all you have to do is bend the retainer around to your likeing. I left mine a bit long like in the picture and they seem to work well.
Now get down to your local hardware store and stop bitching.

the PO of my car made one out of...........an aluminum beer can.....I laughed when I changed them out to factory extras I had lying around.....I think I will end up making a set out of aluminum stock eventually because these break quite often......thanks Travis for the pattern.....
