Hey guys, regarding bad vendors on e-bay, and the problems some of you are having with karkanibal....I`d like to point a finger at another bad ebay vendor. This one is known as blondde. She is now running the old partwerks of chicago account.

A while back, I won a used 924 turbocharger for the sum of $116.95 and after many promises to look into it and excuses she was hospitalized, I have never recieved my item after 2 months of waiting. I have heard similar stories from members on the 924.org board. She did make good on a few other items I bought from her, but shipping was always slooooooooooow! And I`m only a stones throw away from New Lenox Ill. I gave her the benefit of a doubt, but without doubt, she will never recieve any of my business again! So if you are contemplating making a purchase from blondde....think twice about it!

I know of at least two others that are waiting for things from blondde. Both have been waiting for months as well.

jp, I am just right about the corner from you in Plainfield and one of the other members is even closer in New Lennox. We will have to get together some time so I can check out the 931.

Hey Matt. I`m in Crown Point IN, which is not too far from you. However, you may have to wait to view the 931 when its done metamorphasizing (is this a word? ) into a cgt replica. Well as close to one as I can make it. Btw, whats your flavor? Same as your avatar?

I had no real problems on recent orders from Cathy (other than a little slow and communication wasn't the best, but I got my stuff). Their family is going thru some hard times due to serious illness (cancer) from what GeorgeB said on here a bit back in a similar thread. I'm not making excuses for them, nor do I have any affiliation with them.

I have purchased several things from blondde on ebay in the past. At first, everything came in good form, time and quality. I did however, have a problem receiving one item, albeit a small one. It took about two months of waiting, but I did finally receive it, delay again due to some family problems. Just my .02.

You know, I don`t like to publicly bash anyone, no less a woman that may have a serious illness. I`m just lost in the fact that communication was always pretty good until this particular item. Shipping was always slow, but I always got my things. I did leave her negative feedback after 6 weeks of waiting, and filed a complaint through ebay.

But after the few initial emails of promising to look into the matter, nothing was followed through. I did recieve emails from her telling me of her hospital stays, and of her daughter trying to run the business for her. But after 2 weeks of hearing nothing back, and no responses to subsequent emails, I threw in the towel and gave up.

I don`t know her exact circumstances, but there are new listings under her account name being placed everyday. What am I to believe. All I know is that I`m out $116.00 ....and no matter what, somone on that end should show some accountability.
