Ebay Problems, Need Help!
So, several months ago I bought a transaxle for my 944 on ebay seen here : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...7923215873&rd=1
I payed for the item Sept 28, 2004 in full, plus 125 for shipping. Mike from Autobahn Northwest as given many lame excuses from family emergencies, not having enough money to send it(funny how I payed that in advance?), too busy, etc, etc. Ebay and paypal will do nothing for me aswell which is just great. So I am asking for any help that you guys can provide. I am willing to offer a $100 reward to anybody that can assist in geting my transmission to me.
Thanks
Kent Staples

I had this happen to me with a Euro bumper from the UK. I suggest you contact your credit card company if you paid by credit card, or your bank if you paid by check or debit card. I assure you either one will provide you a full refund. My bank gave me a full refund the day I made the complaint. They then went through their own process to verify I truley never recieved the product.
If you go this route the bank/credit card company typically have a policy where they are supposed to give you this refund, and then they will do their best to get the money back for themeselves by tracking this guy down.
I accept PayPal, check, or money order!

Man, I can't believe he's screwing somebody else around.
Remember my thread about the same guy?...
This guy is a grade-a a**hole. I was very reasonable with him, but expressed my frustration with his slow shipping, and he left me negative feedback....
As for the link, it won't work for me.
Best of luck getting this sorted out.
In the case of my item, I paid August 14th, and I finally received it the end of november. By this time-line, your transmission should show up soon. If you're lucky, he will go off, raving about how rude you are, and then ask you to never do business with him again, or at least that's what he did to me.
IMO, once this is sorted out, you should file a complaint with EBay. This guy needs to be stopped. He's over on 924.org.

We need to band together to stop these punks - maybe post a list of their usernames on Rennlist. More than 1 of us has been burned by one of these scam artist. It could be similar to the "Scam Artist of the week" but we'd keep track of them. What do you think John D?

My sleezbay policy: no deal with anyone under 100%. This cat has too many negative feedbacks for me to do business with him. Stay away! I still say we keep track of their names.
