Question any experience with lindsey 3pc x-member?

Does anyone have any experience with the Lindsey 3 piece crossmember? I have a track car that I like to do rod bearings each season and like the idea of the removable center section. I am concerned that the 3 piece will not be as strong as the one piece. Anyone notice a difference in handling? Stress on the joints? Etc.??

I don't have any experience with running the car with the 3-pc installed, but I will definately give a thumbs up for the quality of work, and how much easier it makes the rod bearing job. We did a group buy on them about 6 months or so ago, and we had a fair amount of people in on it. The consensus then was that the crossmember is not stressed in a direction that the 3-pc was weaked in with its cuts. So there's no real loss of strength. Also, the crossmember is not particularly stressed anyway. If you plan on doing rod bearings every season, I would suggest getting it.
