Default Dying slave cyl or dying throwout bearing?

As I was driving earlier I noticed a sound coming from under the car when I put the clutch in. It seems to come from the middle of the car, but almost sounds like the back?? Its hard to tell. Its a sort of scraping sound, almost like sandpaper on wood. Its more noticible with my doors shut, my lack of exhaust drowns it out with the doors open. No sound when the car is off, and I can hear it when rolling and off throttle and working the clutch.

I just finished bleeding my brakes with my homebuilt power bleeder. I took it for a test drive, came back and checked everything over, then another drive and thats when it started. Its about 5 below freezing right now, but its been that cold and colder for a while now and no sound...

So which could it be? Or something else?
