Great meeting - Mr. Economamki is a legendary journalist and quite the entertaining speaker! Packed meeting (probably close to 200 folks in attendance!) Too bad the presentation was too short - I would have loved to hear more stories and the development of motorsport in America.

But one thing was missing -- I was lookin' for you Adrial.... hehe...

I suppose we'll have to settle our differences on the track, like real men...

Nice old guy, had a chance to chat with him before the meeting. (Wanna bet I'm maybe the only subscriber to NSSN in attendance-over 10 years!).

I wanted to ask him if there were any other internationally known racers from NNJ besides Mark Donohue, but he did cut short the Q and A.

Well, I'm two for two, Vic Elford and Chris Economaki-keep getting speakers like this!

Damian - you missed Hurley Haywood and Glen Schrom....

I too, wanted to ask a question of him: "What do you expect the motorsport environment will look like when you write about it 50 years from now?" (For those who do not know, Mr. Economamki is 84 years old!) I am sure he has a lot of insight on the changing scene of motorsports.
