Very nice find! Glad to see you're starting things off right with all that maintenance.

That table doesn't look secure but it is. Belive me i checked..
The clutch feels very different from the n/a. Its pretty hard compared to the old one. The old one depressed like it was the gas pedal but this one is pretty hard. He replaced the clutch master cylinder and had the system flushed 1000 miles ago. I have heard people driving for a long time with the original clutch and i understand it varies per driving habits but this guy was pretty careful with the car. Any ideas?

Riff believe it or not i have the original receipt for the tint, july of 88. I wounder if they would honor their life time warranty
The total cost of the maintenance will be about 2000, its worth it though. I wont have to worry about a valve job anytime soon. Same guy did my previous car and did a great job, never had a problem with it. Man i cant wait to take it out for a long drive

I am hoping to get my 89 in the next week or so. Maybe if we get some decent weather we meet up.

When you say "the last guy" I assume you mean Bob... he makes our cars run like they're supposed to

the intake mannys are different from the n/a so you prob just arent used to seeing the turbo manifold. I see the car has the 87+ header bellow on the 1+4 (they have been updated to the later style) -thats a good thing.

In the picture with the document, are those 3 digit numbers the option codes? I looked them up, seems like you have sport shock absorbers and leather/leatherette. Where did you find the car advertised? I'm looking for a turbo myself and I don't recall seeing this one for sale.

About the clutch, I would just look through the maintenance records and judge based upon that. If he has had a ton of wear items replaced, he has probably been driving the car harder than most. With 60 grand you could be safe or you could be nearing the end of your clutch, its too subjective to the drivers habits. I would make your best educated guess, or have someone at a shop take a peek at the plates.
