Default FS: Turbo S sway bars

I will have my 26.8mm front and 18mm rear bars for sale soon, as I'm getting weltmeisters. Comes with all mounts and good bushings. Prefer to sell as a set.

I also have a 25.5mm front bar with all mounts and bushings.

Finally, I have a set of 20 & 14mm stock bars (which are best for a towel rack or what not).

Anyone interested? Entertaining reasonable offers. Id be able to ship as soon as next weekend.

-Serge

Thanks,

Yes, you can fit any 944/951/968 bar on any other 944. (assuming it already had a sway bar to begin with).

Aside from my wheels/tires...these bars are the best upgrade I've made.

Dare I ask how much you're looking for?

Serge - Will these work on my 83 N/A? If so, do they make a big difference? How much if you bring them to the San Jose gtg (if you're coming)?

I'll come to the GTG. I think $100 is a very fair price for both. I paid over 150 shipped.

If your '83 has a rear sway bar...these will be a direct bolt on. If you dont have a rear one, youll need to buy an adapter kit.

You can do a search...most people **** their pants once they put 951 bars on their n/a's.

The big question, can you help me put them on or atleast run it down for me? Are they easy?

Just because I like you. And only because I like you. I can put them on for you.

(given that you provide the beer of course, lets not get silly...)

Assuming shipping would not be a lot, this is tempting. Does anybody know off-hand what sizes '86 951 bars are? I'm looking. . .

You most likely have a 24mm front sway bar and a 18mm rear (though it MIGHT be a 16mm). Shipping shouldn't be more than $30 for both, if you were to buy them.

Jack up the car, get some string, measure the circumference, divide by 3.141592348198237958234795802734980572098345079833495894823570

I just read on Clark's garage that they are likely 24.4mm (or therabouts) and 18mm. I'll pass.

Ok - since this car has never had sway bars, it's time to give it some love.... I'll bring the cash on Sunday - we'll pick up the beer then, too. Dmitry, do you mind if we use your house/tools, or should I bring some tools? Tell me which ones, if so

I want to verify it is one of the best upgrades you can do for that price...

Thinking of sway bars makes me miss my car...
