Just stay with the Fuchs, nicest wheel by far, understated class act, those Fuchsies, the others look like ricer wheels for a goofy 17 year old Civic driver. So there.

Ask HRE to build you some custom 18 inch Fuchs. Say 245 in front, 295 in rear?

I know. Now that I'm working again I would buy your Fuchs in a heartbeat. Bummer. Now I have to hit dark street corners to score a set of Fuchs.

UD, I can't fathom how much custom made 18" Fuchs would run from HRE. Four, five grand??

UD, I guess it all depends on the cost. I seem to remember Jack Olsen paying a pretty big premium for his 17" Fuchs, but I don't recall how much. Being practical and value-conscious (ie- BROKE!), I say it's better to get some nice 8/9 x 16" Fuchs WITH tires over one super pricey set of 18's. And still have enough dough left over for a drive to White Castle. You have Fuchs on your 951, right?

i got rid of the fuchs because i get bored quickly and like to change the look of the car. i always wanted to get 18's and i don't use the 944 for a daily driver, so drivability on a daily basis does not mean much to me. i like to cruise it around town only in nice dry weather. i love the look and it looks and feels like more of a "supercar" to me.
