Just for the Head up Guys, I have odered two replacement wheels on 11/30/2004 from Cargraphic usa. I have received the shippment on 12/07/2004.
When I placed the oder with the sales guy name Hersal.
somehow the send me the wrong size and offset on the front wheel.
Okay, everyone make mistake, big freaking deal. I called and spoke with him again. He said he will sent the right one off the shelf and ship back the wrong one.
Waited, waited and waited....... flocking 4 weeks.
call him back about 10 times in the past week:
No return calls, no return emails, No return fax.
Seems like they are trying to hide from me.

Seems like I am not the only one got problem with them ****.
Them freaking people in NJ. This is not the way to do business in CA. Never been there but is it a hick town??

Are you really ordering a set of the Cargraphic wheels (similar to my Fikse spoke wise)? If so I need to see a picture when you have them installed. They are by far my favorite wheels on the market.
