Campek: Its people like yourself that pissed me off with a clean (and shiney) engine bay

PS: you have just ONE bolt from the air filter housing that's rusty, now if you spent all that time, money and effort into getting that engine bay looking fab, a cheap $0.05 bolt is the LEAST you could do , BTW your missing that TDC plug on the cover

one of the torque wrenches at my summer employer is longer than my leg (I am 6'1", all legs) and 1" drive. I have only ever seen it used by one of the customers on his axle-hub nuts. (Yes, some of the customers insist on doing some work themselves, despite the fact they are paying us to do it.)

Spark plug wires are not mods. They're maintenance.

Looks good though. It would look even better with belt covers.

That engine bay is beautiful. What did you do to make it so clean and nice? And if you do not mind me asking how much did it cost to clean everything up like that?

Ill pm you the price.
It was done by Al Reed polishing in california.
we sent him the intake, cam housing, front cam gear cover as well the rear, and the rear plate on the cam housing and cam housing cover bolts, water hose connector thing.
and all metal parts were sent to get yellow zinc plated.

Campeck, why is it you don't want to put the belt cover on again? I mean, there is a REASON it was put on there...

Campeck...
Get rid of those fuel lines! I had those exact same lines on my car for one year, and they caused an engine fire on me. They were installed fine (clamps were tight), but the engine vibration (which was somewhat excessive from a failed motor mount), but after about 5 months of use they started leaking (with no warning), and caused a (small) engine fire.
Despite having just spent however much on those new lines....I have since upgraded to OEM lines.
