I need help. It's not a blown fuse. My New CD Player (Pioneer Premier DEH-P660) Was working fine for about 2 hours of driving, then suddenly it just shut off while driving. Can anyone help? TIA

The wiring could still be suspect, it would not necessarily blow a fuse. The splice I crimped on to connect the power wire did not hold well and althought it looked fine, it woudl sometimes take some wiggling of it to get the power to turn on. Also same with ground, or make sure you file down the spot where the ground is connected so you get a good connection. Also, some stereo's will shut off if a speaker wire is shorting.

There are a couple radio fuses in the fusebox. Fuses 36 and 39 IIRC.
There is also a fuse under the wiring harness of the CD player.
For what it's worth, I've installed at least 5 of the Pioneer DEH series decks, so if you have wiring questions, post.
