Default Dash repair/replace...

My dash is jacked. A couple of big, gaping cracks and many small, about-to-be-gaping cracks everywhere else. It, like most of the other parts in this project car, is in pretty poor shape. Is there a dash repair kit around? I'd like to get it back to shape and form, and then possibly cover it with leather. What do I do?

I'm going to try it... also I bet that you could do it without taking out the dash....
