Buy a standard, N/A 944s really need it. Keep the old one for parts if you have room to store it.

 

look in autotrader.com. i'm sure you can find a decent 944 and even several 951s for 5k.

 

what you can get for 5k is not the issue. what do you have into the car. did you recently put major money into the car? if so you can fight to get some of that money as well.


the 5k offer is the floor. now you have to increase it. show receipts for recent work done. show ads for cars that need work. take a car add what you did to your car and you have a value.

the insurance company has to use the asking price from ads. go to the PCA website or the rennlist classifieds for cars that are for sale.
