Default Hard warm starting after rebuilding injectors

This is weird,
I installed a set of cleaned and flow checked injectors and the car runs great.
Cold starts instantly ( when below 40 degrees or so)
Hot starts instantly ( as long as it hasnt set for an hour or so)
But starting when the temp is 60 degrees or so, or after it has set for more than an hour or two takes about 5 seconds of cranking , then it fires and runs fine.
Fuel pressure leak down is within spec.
Any Ideas???

Hmm could be a fuel pump check valve or the FPR.

Will it start right up after you shut it down when hot?

Yep, fires right up. I'v tried 2 different FPR's that I have just to see...no difference.
I'll hook up a gauge again tomorrow and check leak down again.

Then maybe a check valve at the fuel pump? Hook up the gauge and see what your pressure reads after it's been shut off for sometime.

My car has the same issue, never cared to inspect it.
Let me know what it turns out to be..
