cool RUF article in today's paper (scanned)

Trust him, he's right. RUF has historically only tuned 911s (and as of late the Boxster series).
For some reason I think Gembella had a short run of body mods for the 944 series...I don't recall anyone on here having them.
Question about the pic in the scan...why is the cabs trunk open??? Theres no engine back there!

Funny how others have posted info to help the masses (with you doing the "clamp-down" on copyright infringement) while you have just suggested the original poster do the same.
I bring this up only to insert that I was prepared to scan and post an article only to have soemone reply that you, deni, tend to act as "sheriff" on these matters, hence my act of compliance. Wow, hypocracy runs deep these days.
I'm not here to pick a fight, just policeing the words of others and keeping everyone honest.
Good day.

I have an older buddy who just moved from a kick-*** hacienda on a golf course in San Diego back to Dallas so he and his wife can be close to their kids. Hes building a house in the Dallas area and before moving out of California sold his Viper, #51 built.
Anyway, he emailed me this morning with a link to this article asking what I thought. Of course I told him I had already seen it from the guys on the Porsche message board. He said he thought he might go down there and check it out. Im trying to convert him to the world of Porsches. He just drives a sooped up C5 now. But I think with some work and an afternoon at RUF, I will be able to go in for the kill and bring one more to our ranks that once lived life on the Dark Side.

There is no such thing, never was. RUF did not sell or modify the 944 series cars.
If you are referring to the yellow 951 with the GTS lights and black trim, that is not a RUF, he has just badged it as so.
EDIT: Do you mean this car?
