Its the other "effect" paint that Porsche offered in 1991 for the S2, Cab, and Euro-Turbo/Cab.
Zyclam Pearl Effect & Cobalt Blue change colors under direct light. Zyclam goes from a deep purple to a brighter shade of red if im not mistaken. Cobalt goes from blue to a medium/light purple.
Both colors are extrememly rare. I am only aware of about 10 factory 1991 Cobalt cars and 3 or 4 Zyclam cars. (worldwide amongst the 4 models) Im sure they are more hiding somewhere, not many though.
