I'm not much into the lease thing, but that is some good deal. Have to agree with everyone here (and I see that you concur), selling the Z28 is the best option. The other two candidates would be hard to part with. Having just been through your search for the S2, you no doubt realize how long it can take to find the right car. The S2 is one of the best handling packages you'll find, tough car to give up. Your Firebird is a classic, and judging from the photos, a very nice example. But, as you say, you did not drive it last summer, so maybe that tells you the story there. My order of selling preference would be:
1) Camaro: Easy-ish to sell, OK but not amazing car, many replacements.
2) Firebird: A real classic, but you seem to not be too attached to it any longer.
3) S2: Amazing handling car, not that easy to find (esp. such low mileage) and I doubt a N/A 944 will suffice now.
How long of a window do you have on the GTO?

Not sure if you looked into it at all, but did you consider trading the mullett? I know here in PA (I'm a Finance guy) that if you do the "smartbuy" (balloon financing), that you get tax credit for the new purchase. Well kept Cameros aren't that easy to come by and your sounds rather nice... with the tax credit involved (here in PA at least), it *could* make a difference and make this whole process for you much easier.
It's pretty easy to turn a $5000 or less car quickly, but over that, this could take a while as most people aren't that liquid... espeically *most* mullet enthusiasts!
Just a thought, and keep the classic!

The dealer politely told me he didnt want a trade in of an 11 year old camaro.
I signed on the line today. the only money down is 2000 of gm card funny money $285 a month. I signed today because manuals are getting scarce with about 6 autos for every manual. I went on to buypower and did a sort by color. plenty of reds, a bunch of yellows, more than a few purples.
No barbados blues, a couple electric blues, and the silver or blacks were rapidly disappearing. I didnt want a red interior so I went for the silver with black interior from a dealer thirty miles from home.
He gave it to me for invoice less the 5500 rebate, less a 500 coupon he had less my 2000 in gm card money. bottom line sale price was 23,400 plus tax plus tax on the 8000 in rebates & gm money or say 24000.
with a residual of 18500 and a 3.5% rate and my second choice of color I jumped.
Now I just have to sell the Camaro.

Unless I was an immediate family member of a GM employee the car was cheaper using my GM card funny money and coupon the dealer had.

I'm sure you will love driving it, I just wish I would have gotten that good of a deal, bought mine in June though. ls1gto.com is a great forum as well. If you have issues with the brakes, braided lines and new pads are supposed to make a big improvement but I don't have any problems with mine. The price difference between the 04's and the 05's definately isn't worth hood scoops and 50 hp when you can easily pick up a new hood and 150 hp for less.

How does it compare with the mullet power wise. Just curious, how is the suspension? I like the mullet, but I'd sell it if I were you. The other two are too good to pass up. What kind of power is the Camaro making?

The mullet puts out 275 before the mods so lets say maybe 300. the gto puts out 350.
I just checked gmbuypower.com, the residual went down 4000 and the interest rate went up 4.75% between yesterday and today. gotta see if the dealer tries to play with me tomorrow. with those changes the price goes up about 200 a month. if he jerks me the slightest bit I walk, get gm card funny money back and keep the mullet.
on the other hand, a gut on www.gtoforum.com said he got a quote of 23750 for a extra cost red with a six speed. pretty cheap for a car with a sticker of 33500. add my gm card funny money and you have 21500 for the car I am buying. for 21500 you cant get a camry.

I cant believe GM has to give almost 10k off sticker to move such a nice car just because the new one has scoops and 50hp. like we are going to notice it in day to day driving.
my 92 legend coupe had 200 hp, my 93 had 230. the 92 had 34k miles on it when it was stolen, the 93 has 22k when i bought it. I didnt notice the 30hp, but i did notice the 1 mpg less i got.
