I am thinking the KCWS needs to ring in the New Year properly, so I'd like to see if any Rennlisters would be interested in coming to KC for a New Years weekend celebration... Since the local PCA'ers are having a wine tasting Holiday party, I thought it would be appropriate to have an "oil tasting " party (ie. bring your favorite "lubricant" and tie one on...). Since New Year's Eve falls on a Friday, we are thinking of crashing a local hotel for the Eve, and then have a wrenching session on Saturday morning, followed by a party at my house on Sat.

Anyone interested? All Rennlisters are welcome, altho please be aware that we will not encourage or permit underage drinking, at least not at my house (sorry, but there is too much liability these days). Ping me and if there is interest, we'll get busy planning it... I realize its short notice, but most of y'all that know me understand thats just the way I am...

Ahhhhh-
I have just the bottle of Single Barrel Jack Daniels for this...Now I just have to make sure the wife didn't plan anything. I'm in, and if it's dry-so's the car.

We could also tie this in with an introduction of the new shop Scott, wrenching party here maybe?

I'd be all over it if I were w/in 200 miles of you guys. I suppose I need to start a branch "society" here in Sonoma. . . . if I had a facility to wrench. We'ld prob. get more wine drinkers than oil guzzlers at our events
