Thanks for the clarification on the vendor Sam.

Here are a few pics of those flares on a 951 from Broadfoot's site:

Does anyone have any good direct-rear shots showing off the width?

Personally I think the bolt on flares look like crap on the front end, but look good on the rear. I'm wondering if a 968 rear end, with bolt ons, and a 951 front end with widebody fenders would look good..... maybe I'm just crazy. Here is a shot from the local AutoX (I didnt shoot it) of dmoffitt's car from the rear:

You are correct sir. I have a set of front wide fenders for sale- I may just include them with the car when I sell it

I think that the broadfoot bolt on ones look pretty good. Only two wasy to improve it really, 1) fill in the bolt holes and blend it with the body (ie so it doesnt cover the side markers, or similar things) and 2) maybe redesign them a bit so they go up to the hip flares for better appearance. Thats looking at it from appearance, but even with those things "against" it, they look better than the other ones. The ones on dmoffits are are too..."sharp" and angular.

Edit: Just IMHO.

Those broadfoot fenders look incredible on a race car!! ::drool:: The only street car I'd put them on would be a 968 TS, but then again that's no true street car!

one day....
