Default custom wheels, will these fit? (i know i know....sorry!)

This guy lives like 35 mins from me, i need new wheels for the custom artic silver widebody 944.....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

my car is a 1983, he said these wheels came from a 88 911, ---and I think i have factory REAR spacers because i have the 16" 911 fuch alloy wheels on currently

im really like this wheel style and this would look very sharp on the porkchop

thanks guys

I need more info. Can he get the sizes for the wheels so that you can post them here? If the fronts are 16x7 you'll be OK, 16x8 you'll have to check, might have to roll your fender lips. Rears 10s will be close, it will depend on offset. 88 911 will be early offset, but if it was a widebody 911 or "turbo look" then they might not fit.

Ok, i sent him another email, i will post what the reply is. Do you guys like these wheels?

id prefer some HRE's or kenesis, but ......$$$... how much do you think they are worth? id like to make a cash offer to the guy, save him on ebay final sale fee, and shipping...... the OZ's probally are not very light however.

If they are from an 88 911 then his listing on Ebay is 100% false, as they wont fit any of the cars listed. The onlay way they could fit both is if he is using late offset wheels on an early offset car with spacers.

FWIW, we just test fit a set of 16X8/10s on an 86 Turbo and they looked great.
