Question ?? Brake line replacement 944 N/A Early

Need to replace the Front Brake lines. When I remove the lines, is there a way to stop the flow of brake fluid or will it continuously drain out. Anything I should be aware of when doing such a project? Also, where would I get a good price on new lines, Performance, Paragon, ?

The lines will eventually stop draining after you remove them. Just be sure to catch the fluid so it doesn't get on the control arm, where it will destroy the bushings. I found some plugs at the hardware store which screw onto the brake line fittings, but they're really not necessary.

Will just the fluid in the flexible brake line drain out or will all the fluid from the resorvoir drain out?

Only the fluid from the brake lines should drain out ...

I purchased my lines from Paragon.

these are the ones I recently put on the car:

fluid will continue to leak out the lines, however the resevoir should stay full. Have fun bleeding the sytem after, buy LOTS of brake fluid...
