Default Atlanta Dyno Day Pics & Videos (now up)!!

Today was a ton of fun in Atlanta at Motorwerks Racing, who held a free dyno day for everyone! The shop was amazing, the mechanics were amazing, and not to mention the numbers some of the car's were putting out!! Many thanks to Mitch for telling us lister's about the event, also many more thanks to Motorwerks Racing for having us

Now, here are the pics!!! Vids will be up as soon as anyone volunteer's to host them for me... trust me, they're good videos!

First Pic is the dyno Chart on my 944S... 140 hp to the wheels

Barely used konis to fit an S2 for sale cheap. Where is the vulture smilie? I hear my S2 asking for konis.

must repress vulture, must repress vulture.

Albert,
You mentioned they were having trouble getting runs past 3000. did the car start to chudder? that happened to me with my red S2 and the guy running the dyno said my clutch was no good. it didnt have much miles, and when I autocrossed an expert took a run in the car and he said there was no way the clutch was slipping.

holy crap. motons in the red 944!! was that a n/a or S? i bet that sucker handles. who's car is that?

also, that silver 944 with the engine bay photo - what the hell is that? 4 separate throttle bodies? is that engine complete? i'm totally flabergasted by that shot.

N/A - it's their shop 'experiment' to see what they can do for their customers who race...
yeah, 4 seperate throttle bodies, not complete, its a turbo! Just missing lots of parts

What is up with the loops in the Dyno chart? I have never seen loops on one before, that makes no sense to me.

this dyno was kinda weird. and the dyno maps are nothing like Iv'e seen before.
the dyno charts are what the car was putting down at what HP like some kind of at the moment "live" update. So I think that as the cars would bog down they would drop rpm (reverse direction) and loose HP (down direction) then pick back up.
that or driver error.

I don't understand them either. How can there be loops? The hp & tq must cross at 5252 rpm also.

1097.6 ft/lbs???? Wassup with that?

dicide that # by the gear ratio.

thats how much TQ you actually have at the rear wheels....cool huh?

and I dont see how them not crossing in the right place would make it innacurate or any kind of difference.
