Default Wheel refinish

I thought Id ask you since alot of you do wheels all the time...

Both rear my phone dials are bent and I have to send them out to be fixed, So I traded some parts for a set of BBS rims with the black centers to hold me over while they are being done. The outside lip had clear on it and needs to be redone.Ine as well d oit before I send my others out. Whats the best way to strip and polish the rims, without messing with the center? The centers are perfectly fine.

Thanks for any insight...

Dave
