Exclamation Need Clutch help quick

Clutch went out night before last, pedal went to the floor, I know that I need the master cylinder, slave cylinder, and the hose. What I'm looking for is a steel braided hose to replace the rubber hose. Any ideas or websites apreciated.

pretty much any local performance shop can cut a ss hose of the length you need. just bring the old hose with you so they can match it. btw, schools of thought differ on whether or not to replace both the master and the slave at once. if you can find which one is bad, you might consider just replacing that one. also, just want to make sure you know that the clutch master is different from the master cylinder. there is a master cylinder (for the brakes), and a clutch master and slave cylinder. 3 separate parts

I'm unsure of any....

New OEM units work great and will last another 10 years or so. Check one of your sponsors, www.paragon-products.com for the master, slave, oem hose, and good brake fluid. You'll need some because the system must be bled.

Welcome to Rennlist.. sorry about your luck.

I would say go with the stock rubber hose, but maybe put a heat reflective sleeve over it to give it some protection...
