Chase,

No rust issues at all. The upper bracket mounts into 2 factory screw holes.

For the babes--go to Pelican BBS Off-Topic Forum Under "Grid Girls Pelican Style", I just posted one there yesterday.

Chase,
All of the above - I only have the two bars that attache to the car.

ACG,
You are awesome! Funny how I am at that site all the time, never saw those parts.

ACG: Thanks for the info! Unfortuantely, we don't have a garage yet (still on the waiting list at our condo), so I won't be running the bike into the garage door anytime soon.

Singapore: I was on assignment in Tokyo, Hong Kong & Singapore for a few years (also a 2-3 year assignment like you). Lived in a temp place (The Ascot) off Orchard Road. Still have a bunch of friends there. I work for a biotech company, building our market in Asia. Didn't see any 944's while I was there... Where are you living these days? Where do you hang out?

Hacker: Thanks again for the info. Did you find the rack held your skiis in place? Didn't lose any skiis on the highway right?

I will probably use it for my Mt Bike - I don't ski.
