Unhappy Laywer needed Bridgewater, NJ (speeding)

Hey guys,

I broke one of my Cardinal rules and did not decelerate down to the speed limit when the V1 went off. Because of that, my car was the one picked out of the group for doing 73 in a 55. I would like to fight this ticket, so I'm looking for a lawyer.

If anyone has a lawyer reference, it would be greatly appreciated.\

Thanks,

I would just plead not guilty, show up on the trial date, and see the prosecuter before the trial. If you have a clean record, they usually bump the points down to 2 (insurance doesn't go up), and make you pay the fine.

Better than hiring a lawyer and losing! I did the above, and it worked out just like I said.

Good luck!

Plead insanity. The Pug gave that away!!

Good advice Andy- if this is a rare ticket for you- it's a day in court, pay the fine, and cry a little for the judge- it couldnt hurt. 18 over shouldnt be more than 100$ in fines,
