I had a set of $3500 B&W Nautilus 804 speakers shipped UPS to my door that arrived looking like they were from World War 2. The box was completely blown apart styrofoam interesterts were busted. Looked like someone had dropped them from a pretty high point in my opinion. Even though the store that I bought them from had insurance for their value UPS would not accept the insurance claim. Luckly I got a new set sent to my door via fedex that arrived ok.
