Those wires all go into a plug in the seat rail, just pull the plug out.

With a flashlight and some contortion, you will see the connector under there. Be patient, no cutting please.

If you remove the seat bolts first you can wiggle the seat into a position so you can disconnect the connector.

There may be 2- 1 for the power seat (if so optioned) and one thru the seat belt receptacle for the warning light. both are connectorized.

If you're taking them out of the totalled car, and don't care for the harness, just cut it.

Unbolt the seat, tilt it back and unplug it.

I did this in February while in a suit and overcoat (I was keeping the car in an underground garage at my office). Just tilt the seat back after you undo the six bolts, squat, and look closely. You'll see how to unclip it properly. No serious contorting or lying on the ground was required.
